How do we operate?

BeNeDeLuxe implements a simple, flexible and transparent operational system that can be summarised in four steps:

  • Defining your needs and targets

    During a preliminary meeting we will review the following aspects:

    • your target audience and the various target markets
    • a communication strategy according to your specific needs
    • timing of the project
    • our modi operandi

    After this initial meeting you will receive our detailed offer.

  • preparing your press campaign

    Upon commissioning BeNeDeLuxe, we will ask you to provide us with:

    • the necessary background information on your project/product/region
    • high resolution images (300 dpi min.)

    On the basis of these supplied data, we will prepare the first draft of your press release.

  • running the press campaign

    Subsequent to your approval, we will issue the press release or invitation to a specific selection of media outlets / journalists.

    In consultation with you, we organise the practical arrangements for all press visits and promotional offers (e.g. readers’ contests).

    You will receive from us, without delay, a copy of every published article following the press release.

  • follow-up and invoicing

    „No cure, no pay“

    We shall convey to you all results and proof copies (digital and/or hard copy) of the articles as they are published. Concurrently, we shall also submit the actual advertising rates of the relevant media and our corresponding invoice.

    „PR à la carte“

    On conclusion of the assigned task (e.g. press trip, newsletter,...) we shall submit our invoice. The follow-up will be conducted within a previously stipulated period of time, dependent on the particular task. Additional travel expenses incurred during press trips will be invoiced based upon the proofs of receipt (transportation tickets, hotel accomodation, restaurants,...)
